Ingredients:
3 mashed ripe bananas
2 flax eggs (2 tbsp flax seed meal mixed with
4 tbsp warm water)
1/2 cup melted coconut oil
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup almond milk 2 cups of gluten free or oat flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup sliced strawberries
Instructions Mix everything except the flour and strawberries in one bowl.
Then, mix in flour. Finally, fold in the strawberries. Pour in a greased loaf pan and top with more strawberries if you want!
