Carbonara Style Potato Casserole
INGREDIENTS:
800g potatoes
75 ham cubes (lean)
250g light cream
1 egg
3 tbsp Parmesan
Spices: salt & pepper
PREPARATION:
Peel the potatoes, cut into small pieces and cook in salted water for 10 minutes.
Turn the oven on to 220 degrees top/bottom.
Put the potatoes in a casserole dish and spread the ham on top.
Mix a sauce made from cream, egg, Parmesan, salt and pepper.
Pour the sauce over the potatoes and bake for 25 minutes.
