2 eggs
125 g chocolate bar or
30 g cocoa powder
120 gr sugar
30 grams margarine
1 teaspoon of baking powder
The idea is not to need flour for this preparation, but if you still want to place it, the amount would be
100 gr.

Method of Preparation:

1. In 2 pots, one larger and the other smaller, make a bain-marie to melt the chocolate together with the Margarine once everything is integrated, reserve it.

2. Then separate the yolks from the whites, beat the yolks with the sugar until they change color.

3. Add the chocolate to the egg yolks. Separately, beat the egg whites until stiff, once you reach that point, add them in parts and with enveloping movements to the preparation.

4 .In case the cocoa is placed, it can be placed at the end of the preparation.

5. With the greased mold, pour the contents and with the oven preheated to 180ยฐC, cook the cake for 35 minutes. Let it cool and then you can unmold. Ready the cake.
