Condensed milk candy ingredients
2 cans of condensed milk
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon cognac
340g chopped semisweet chocolate
margarine for greasing
white chocolate shavings to decorate
Method of preparation
In a pan, place the condensed milk, the egg yolks, the butter and lead to medium heat, stirring constantly, until it detaches from the bottom of the pan. Turn off, add the brandy and mix.
Wait for it to cool down. Place the chocolate in a deep refractory and microwave for 2 minutes, stirring halfway through. Mix with a spatula until completely melted.
Make balls with the cooked dough and, with the help of a fork, bathe in melted chocolate. Distribute in a greased form and let it dry. Decorate with white chocolate shavings and serve.
