150g of cocoa cookies
150g vanilla cookies

pistachios
Preparation
- Prepare cream. Grease each biscuit with cream and put it in a round shape. Chill for 2 hours.
- Whip the cream and spread over the cake.
- Prepare ganache and pour over cream on the cake. Decorate with ground pistachios.
