Microwave sponge cake

Ingredients :

1 cup flour
Half cup sugar
3 teaspoons baking powder
2 tablespoons custard powder
1 tablespoon corn flour
4 tablespoons oil
2 eggs
3 quarter cup amas. (Sour milk.
1 teaspoon vanilla

Mix everything together till smooth soft dough
Bake in a greased 2 liter icecream tub or any round pan you can use in the microwave.  I used the ghee tub.
Bake for 7 minutes and leave for about another 7 to 10 minutes. 

Put any filling of your choice

I made the custard ganache and mixed with whipped cream.
