Ingredients:

600 grams of flour
2 eggs
40 grams of sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
200 milliliters of warm milk
60 grams of butter
2 tablespoons of oil
10 grams of dry yeast

Preparation:

Step 1 In a blender, put the milk, sugar, butter, egg, dry yeast, salt and, finally, the oil. Mix well for one minute.

Step 2 Now put the flour in a bowl and make a hole in the center to add the mixture, once added, mix well with a spatula.

Step 3 Prepare the work surface, place the dough on it and knead for 10 minutes until the dough is smooth and workable. Knead until it doesn’t stick to your hands.

Step 4 Once the dough is ready, roll it into a ball and place it in a greased bowl, pour a little oil over it to prevent it from drying out, cover it with paper and let it rest until it doubles in size.

Step 5 Now we divide the dough into 12 parts and begin to make balls with each piece of dough.

Step 6 Next, place the balls in the molds and cover them with plastic wrap. Let stand until doubled in size.

Step 7 Now we put an egg in a bowl and beat it, then paint the loaves with a brush. step 8 Bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes. Let it cool, and take it out of the pan.
