ORANGE COCONUT CAKE

ORANGE AND COCONUT CAKE 😋

Ingredients:

300 g flour
150g of sugar
3 eggs
120ml of oil
100ml of orange juice
Orange zest
16g baking powder
apricot jam
Coconut
Salt

Preparation:

1. Pour the eggs, a little salt and sugar into a mixing bowl. Mingle.
2. Add juice and oil. Sift the flour into the mixture. Mingle.
3. Add the orange peel and the baking powder. Mingle.
4. Pour onto a baking tray. Bake at 360°F/180°C for 25 minutes.
5. Cover the cake with apricot jam and sprinkle with coconut. Serve.
