SAUTED CHICKEN AND VEGETABLES 😋

Ingredients:

1 chicken breast cut into strips
1/2 red bell pepper cut into strips
1/2 green bell pepper cut into strips
1/2 onion cut into strips
1 medium carrot cut into strips
1/2 broccoli cut into cubes
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil

Preparation:

  1. We begin the preparation of our chicken and vegetable stir-fry, for this, in a container, we place our chicken and add the oregano, the garlic powder, salt to taste, pepper to taste and stir very well! Then in a frying pan with a little olive oil and at a medium high temperature, add our chicken and cook it until golden brown, reserve.
  2. In the same pan (add a little oil if necessary) add the carrot and cook for 3 minutes, then add the red and green peppers, stir and cook for
    3 minutes, then add the onion, a little salt, stir again and let cook for 3 more minutes (since it is a stir-fry, the vegetables must remain aldentes, so we recommend cooking them for the indicated time).
  3. Add the chicken that we had reserved, stir, let cook for 1 minute, remove from the heat and we already have our rich and healthy stir-fried chicken and vegetables ready!!
