a pretty little cake for some sunday baking inspoΒ  this little beaut is super fluffy and light and don’t even get me started on that glazΒ  you definitely won’t just be having one slice!!

INGREDIENTS

125g plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
75g granulated sugar
55g melted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
90g greek yogurt
chopped strawberries

c a k e :

whisk together dry ingredients and set aside
in another bowl, mix the butter and sugar until light and smooth
whisk in the yogurt, eggs, and vanilla
fold in the dry ingredients, followed by the chopped strawberries
pour into a greased loaf pan and bake at 350 F for 30 mins (or until toothpick in the center comes out clean)

whisk 3 tbsp powdered sugar with 1/2 tsp milk
crush dehydrated strawberries until they become a fine powder and mix into the glaze
pour over the cake and let harden
