Ingredients:
-1/2 kg of pumpkin
-1 and a half cups of sugar
-4 eggs
-1 and a half cup of liquid milk
-2 cups of flour
-200 g of butter
-1 teaspoon vanilla
-1 pinch of cinnamon
Preparation:
-Boil the pumpkin and drain it. Mash it with the help of a fork until you get a smooth texture.
-Mix the butter with the sugar and, little by little, add the eggs, milk and flour. Then, add cinnamon powder and vanilla essence to taste.
-Add the previously crushed pumpkin to the previous mixture and integrate it.
-Pour the entire mixture into a greased and floured mold, and bake it at medium temperature for about 20 minutes or until ready.
